    "content": "Shipping & Delivery Last updated: August 2026 Where we deliver We deliver all over Israel. What it costs Express delivery is a flat ₪50. Orders of ₪150 or more are delivered free. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and it is charged as a delivery option rather than as a line item, so a discount code only ever reduces the price of the goods. How long it takes Allow 5 to 7 days, plus 24 to 48 hours of order handling before dispatch. Screens are prepared to order rather than picked off a shelf, which is what takes the time. We will tell you if anything is going to run longer than that. Tracking Every order ships with tracking. You get a link by email as soon as your order leaves us, for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may arrive in separate packages. If the email has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it. If a parcel is late, lost or damaged Until the goods reach you, the risk is ours: on a consumer sale the goods must reach you in conformity with the contract. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we sort it out, either by replacing the order or refunding it. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself. Getting your address right Please check the delivery address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, we will resend it, though a second delivery charge may apply.",

Customer support Customer support is available at theteam@insectscreensisrael.com . We do our very best to respond to support emails within 48 hours, and usually much sooner. Your statutory cancellation right Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981, you may cancel a purchase made at a distance (such as an online order) within 14 days of receiving the goods, or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later. To cancel, send us a clear statement by email at theteam@insectscreensisrael.com with your order number. Where you cancel under this right and the goods are not defective, the law permits us to charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or 100 shekels, whichever is lower . Where you cancel because the goods are defective or not as described, no cancellation fee applies. On cancellation you return the goods to the address we give you (return delivery for a non-defect cancellation is at your cost), and we refund the price paid, less any lawful cancellation fee, within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Goods produced specially to a consumer's individual requirements can fall outside the statutory cancellation right. Our set-size screens that you cut down yourself are standard goods; a made-to-measure screen produced to your quoted dimensions may be excluded. Cancelling before your order ships All orders can be cancelled without charge until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, contact us as soon as possible; once the packing and shipping process has started we will treat the request under the cancellation right above instead. Our 15-day return window Beyond the statutory right, our products can be returned within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, subject to the following conditions: The product was purchased within the last 15 days. The product is unopened, in its original packaging. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from this website. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers. Items are shipped back to the warehouse your parcel originated from, at your cost unless the item is defective. Your refund is processed within 24 to 48 hours of us receiving the returned item, to your original payment method (card or PayPal), or held as store credit if you prefer. Damaged or defective items If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately at theteam@insectscreensisrael.com with your order number and a photo. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Our Israel address and registered address are in the footer of every page and on the About page. How a contract is formed The products shown on this site are an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. Your order is the offer. A contract comes into being when we accept it, which we do by sending you an order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods, whichever happens first. The disclosure duties for a remote sale under the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 are met on the product page, at checkout and in your confirmation email. Prices and payment All prices are in Israeli new shekels (₪) and include VAT at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay: ₪50 flat, or free on orders of ₪150 and over. Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe or through PayPal. We do not store your full card details. If a price is obviously wrong, for example through a typing error, we will tell you before dispatch and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel at no cost. Delivery We deliver all over Israel. Order the size above your measurement. Once you have cut a screen it cannot be returned as unwanted, though your rights over faulty goods are unaffected. Screens made to your quoted measurements are covered separately on the Refunds & Returns page. Acceptable use Please do not misuse the site: no attempting to break into it, no scraping it for a competing catalogue, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access if you do.
